Why Support Matters

HIV care is multidisciplinary. From the receptionist who checks in a person living with HIV to the staff who clean the hospital, every team member plays a critical role in patient care and health outcomes. With this philosophy, Benefit Benue created the first performance based bonus pay incentive program, helping St. John’s Hospital achieve full staffing with less than 5% turnover. By supporting every level of staff, we improve continuity of care for patients while helping more than 70 families in Gboko thrive. The Reality in Benue, Nigeria• Known as the breadbasket of the nation
